By accessing this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services
Oxmet provides software development, web and mobile application development, cloud solutions, IT consulting, and UI/UX design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for our services, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Oxmet retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the development process. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Oxmet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project delivery
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the necessary rights to any materials you provide to us
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges. Oxmet reserves the right to suspend work or services if payments are not received on time.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxmet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services or the deliverables provided. We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to cure the breach within 14 days of receiving notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
